Lecture entitled (Algae, the Future of Biofuel)
As part of the Cultural Season activities of the Environmental Research Center, Assistant Lecturer Ban Samari Attia gave a lecture entitled (Algae, the Future of Biofuel). The lecture touched on the most prominent innovations in the field of renewable energy, namely algae, which represents an alternative to fossil fuels, as algae benefit from the process of photosynthesis, which allows them to produce large quantities of biomass quickly, without the need for large areas of agricultural land.
The importance of research and development was also emphasized to improve the efficiency of biofuel production from algae and enhance its role in achieving a sustainable future.
