Mukheled obtained his BSc in chemical engineering from University of Baghdad, Iraq in 1995. He gained his MSc and PhD in chemical engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology-The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 2003 and University of Bath-England, The United Kingdom in 2019 respectively.
